Robert Wexler – U.S. Congressman Robert Wexler is a Democratic Congressman from District 19 in Boca Raton. He has been in Congress since 1997 and prior to that was in the Florida Legislature from 1991-1996.

Many of you may have seen Mr. Wexler recently on the national news regarding his effort to impeach Vice-President Dick Cheney, www.wexlerwantshearings.com, however, this posturing and bravado from the "Honorable Gentleman" are merely the psychological reactions from a guilt-ridden Jew.

In the above video Wexler tries to rally us over the U.S. Attorney General ignoring the U.S. Constitution and acting as the Bush Administrations's attorney rather than the people's attorney. He then concludes with "We depend on being a nation of laws." But what about the Florida Attorney General who is ignoring the U.S. and Florida Constitutions and is likewise acting as the attorney for the Democratic and Republican party bosses who want their party loyalty oath to remain in force. The Florida Attorney General back in 1983, issued AGO 83-74 which concluded that the Democratic party loyalty oath, which Congressman Wexler is himself subject to, is unenforceable and possibly unconstitutional, yet to this day the loyalty oath remains in effect. Furthermore, Congressman Wexler emphasizes our BRS Party Chairman Thomas J. Kelly's lack of standing in Kelly v. Harris, 331 F3d 817 (2003) at Paragraphs 17-18 from his case Congressman Robert Wexler v. Theresa LePore, Supervisor of Elections for Palm Beach County, et al (2004) where Mr. Wexler admits that he would have standing to challenge his party's party loyalty oath but like those he accuses in the above video - U.S. Attorneys General Gonzalez and now Mukasey - Mr. Wexler chooses to remain silent.

Unbeknownst to the public at large, the Democrat party bosses since at least 1985 have required all Democratic office holders – governors like Lawton Chiles, U.S. Senators like Bob Graham, U.S. Congressman like Wexler, etc ... - to get on their political knees and sign a party loyalty oath at the risk of losing their party's support. Candidates like Wexler are even required to get the oath notarized. The oath requires the Democratic candidate to swear that while in office he or she will remain loyal to the party and never contribute to or endorse a Republican or say anything bad or oppose in any way a Democrat during a general election. In effect Democrats like Wexler are bartering away their First Amendment rights behind party doors which is prohibited by the statutory oath every candidate must sign and swear to Florida Statute 875.06 under Chapter 875 - TREASON AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER .

Mr. Wexler represents a large Jewish community in south Florida. Certainly there must be a few of his constituents who are survivors of the Nazi concentration camps or have relatives who survived. At the University of Florida in the early 1980’s when Wexler was going to school there, you would often hear of a Jewish student from south Florida talk about a person they knew who was a survivor and today you hear Jewish people talk about how indifference to anti-Semitism is growing once again.

Between WWI and WWII the hideous rise of group ideologies such as fascism in Germany and Italy was in great response to the political and economic fallout of the period and the collective stress it put on Europe. Consequently the individual sought relief by subordinating himself to the state but instead of bringing relief this abandonment of individual responsibility created a unity through “groupthink” which led to fascist scapegoating of the Jews in Germany and fascist brute force in Italy.

The thug Mussolini defined ‘fascism’ in The Doctrine of Fascism as:

"Anti-individualistic, the fascist conception of life stresses the importance of the State and accepts the individual only insofar as his interests coincide with those of the State."

Even today modern scholars define ‘fascism’ in much the same way as Mussolini, one of fascism’s founders, did:

a) need for authority by a natural leader above the law, relying on the superiority of his instincts;
b) right of the chosen people to dominate others without legal or moral restraint;
c) belief one’s group is the victim, justifying any action without legal or moral limits;

In Germany during the rise of European fascism, Chancellor Adolf Hitler wasted no time to consolidate his power immediately following President von Hindenburg’s death on Aug 2, 1934. Hitler ordered a plebiscite (referendum) to take place on August 19 asking all German voters to approve consolidating the Chancellor and President into one office. The Germans voted 89.9% for the consolidation giving Hitler and his Nazis complete power over Germany. This was stunning. WHAT DID HITLER DO THE ON HIS FIRST DAY, AUGUST 20, 1934, AS GERMAN FUHRER? He had his cabinet decree the “Law On The Allegiance of Civil Servants and Soldiers of the Armed Forces” which was to supersede their oaths to uphold the German Constitution and instead swear loyalty to Hitler alone. Here is the wording of the Hitler Oath,

Hitler Oath For Civil Servants

I swear I will be faithful and obedient to Adolf Hitler, Führer of the German Reich and people, to observe the law, and to conscientiously fulfil my official duties, so help me God.

Hitler Oath For Military Personnel

I swear by God this sacred oath that I shall render unconditional obedience to Adolf Hitler, the Fuhrer of the German Reich, supreme commander of the armed forces, and I shall at all times be prepared, as a brave soldier, to give my life for this oath.

So how is Hitler's Oath any different than the Florida Democratic Party's loyalty oath that Wexler himself is subject to sign???

Florida Democratic Party's Loyalty Oath

I, ___________, having been duly sworn, say, that I am a member of the Democratic Party; that I am a qualified elector of _____________ County, Florida; that during my term of office, I will not support the election of the opponent of any Democratic nominee, I will not oppose the election of any Democratic nominee, nor will I support any non Democrat against a Democrat in any election other than in judicial races; that I am qualified under the Constitution and Laws of the State of Florida and the Charter and Bylaws of the Florida Democratic Party to hold the office I am seeking, or to which I have been elected; that I have not violated any laws of the State of Florida relating to election of the Charter and Bylaws of the Florida Democratic Party.

The Florida Democratic Party, like Hitler in the 1930's, is successfully bullying then hollowing out powerful political figures into puppets by getting them to abandon their allegiance to their country’s Constitution and instead swear allegiance to the party bosses. So following the lead of non-Jewish Germans who didn’t challenge the Nazis after Kristallnacht, Wexler, the conflicted Jew,

does what he can in a world gone mad. He pounds his chest Kucinich-like for Cheney impeachment hearings, talks tough to General Petraeus and in the above video to FBI Director Meuller but bows to the Hitler-like thugery from his party bosses.

By not challenging his party’s loyalty oath, Wexler who is just one generation away from the Nazi concentration camps is enabling history to repeat itself and he knows it.
